RI-FILL 3 – automatic converter for the production of paper pads

Ri-Fill 3 is a paper converting device, creating springy and rigid spines. Their function is to fill the space of the packaging in order to protect the products inside. The paper pads will perfectly secure all types of products in any weight. The device is adapted to the growing awareness of the need to protect the environment. Its application makes it possible to use the potential of the paper fillers as an alternative to bubble wrap, foil cushions or mats and foam fillers. Placing the paper in the converter is simple and convenient – the machine uses guillotine-free rolls, which are very easy to place on a special shelf.
